La Distesa means discovering Verdicchio countryside, Jesi
castles and hills and living Marche's colors, scents and tastes.
The young owners, Corrado and Valeria, produce their own wine.

The
sandy beaches at Conero and Senigalia are within a 30 minute
drive, the ancient cities of art with their churches, museums
and castles (Urbino, Recanati, Jesi, Ancona, Macerata, Ascoli
Piceno), the romanesque abbeys, the parks (Monti Sibillini,
Conero), the most spectacular and biggest Italian caves at
Frassassi, the thermal baths at S. Vittore are all within
a 30 to 60 minute drive making Casa Distesa ideal for those
who enjoy mixing seaside pleasures with a cultural itinery.

| For
week-ends and short stays Casa Distesa offers pleasant rooms
(Bed & Breakfast in low season). For longer stays the
three comfortable country-style apartments are simply furnished
and well equipped for self-catering. Open all year the ground
floor of the Distesa house, an ancient farm building, has
been recently restored and offers pleasantly furnished comfortable
accommodation. The 'sala degustazione' is the meeting point
of the Distesa, where the breakfast is served and local food
products and wines can be tasted. The wines produced by La
Distesa are such as the white 'verdicchio' Terre Silvate,
or the special selected 'verdicchio' Gli Eremi, or the red
'sangiovese/cabernet' Nocenzio. The owners here are knowledgeable
and friendly hosts where nothing is too much trouble. A 5m
x 10m pool is situated in a sunny position in the grounds
behind the house., perfect for those wishing to spend quite
days at the property or for cooling off after a days sight-seeing
activities.

North-part of a large farmhouse this is an excellent and
very spacious studio apartment. Ground floor; living room
with well equipped kitchen corner (inc. hob and mini oven)
and living/dining area with double sofa bed. The bedroom
area with twin/double bed is divided from the living area
by a half height partition wall. Modern bathroom with shower.
Table and chairs in the garden for dining outside.
Sant' Urbano (Sleeps 2 (+2))
South-part of a large farmhouse this is an excellent and

First floor apartment with large well equipped kitchen/dining
room (inc. cooker). Double bedroom with good views. Double/twin
bedroom with good views. Bathroom with shower. Table and
chairs in garden for dining outside. Although this apartment
has no living room the dining kitchen is adequate for those
long summer months where living outdoors takes precedence.

Prices of the apartments are week prices, from Saturday
up to Saturday. Sheets and towels, energy (water, electricity,
gas) are included. 20 € for end-cleaning must be paid,
heating (if necessary) not included.
The prices B&B are by person and per night, sheets,
towels, and breakfast included. Minimum stay of 3 nights.

At reservation 1/3 of the total amount must be paid as advance.
The rest can be paid 2 months before departure.
